You may return items purchased from our store within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Toy Garden Jeddah is not responsible for lost return shipments.
